We welcome independent direct inquiries and thoughtful plans for longer stays. Prior visits may help us get to know you, but every stay still requires owner approval and agreed terms.

Your direct booking, when activated, will be with the property owner. Airbnb and Vrbo protections do not apply to direct reservations. Insurance, cancellation terms, fees, and any security deposit will need to be disclosed before payment.

If your reservation or inquiry began on Airbnb or Vrbo, continue through that platform and follow its policies. This form is not for transferring an existing platform booking or avoiding platform fees.
