Summer Road is a private estate in the mountains of Hendersonville, North Carolina. An open field beside the Big Hungry River, a trout pond, a mountain terrace and wooded paths, with a six-bedroom home if you'd like to stay.

A circular timber interior, a skylight open to the day, and an elevated deck surrounded by greenery. Our distinctive yurt is part of what makes this estate a world apart.
Access and use of the yurt are arranged personally. It is separate from the main home’s sleeping arrangements.

Larger weddings and celebrations are considered by private arrangement. Share your expected guest count and vision so we can review the event layout, access, parking, vendors, and other practical details together. Event capacity is confirmed individually.
Yes, ask about accommodations as part of your celebration. The main home has six bedrooms, sleeping arrangements for up to 14, three full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. Accommodation availability and terms are confirmed separately from the event guest count.
Your weather plan is an important part of the initial conversation. Covered spaces, any tenting, and event arrangements need to be reviewed for your guest count and plans before your celebration is confirmed.
Tell us about your planner, caterer, photographer, and other vendors in your inquiry. Vendor arrangements and estate access are reviewed together as part of your event proposal.
